RecommendedI attended Chef Raymond’s Brunch Class and it was fantastic. We began with “Pig Candy” so we had snacks during the class. (Candied bacon with brown sugar and chopped pecans). Chef had wonderful stories, information and tips to elevate the dishes. Perfect grits for Shrimp and Grits, efficient way to peel and clean shrimp, and seasoning magic were addressed. RecommendedConference in New Orleans and my friend and I decided to do the Roux class with Chef Erika. It was the highlight of our trip. We had an amazing 3 hours. Cooking and also the rich history of NOLA was discussed. The food was delicious and now we have new skills. Well worth the cost of this class. And when I visit again I will return for another class. RecommendedWe did this for our anniversary! It was the best anniversary date we’ve had. It was super easy to book. We had such a fun time cooking with Chef Cam! He did such a great job and was super friendly. We learned a lot! The food was absolutely incredible. We already want to book again! If you’re thinking about it- DO IT!!!!

RecommendedAwesome experience! Our chef was AMAZING! My husband did not think this would be his kind of thing and was just going along, but he had a great time, picked up some good tips and tells everyone about it. We would enthusiastically sign up for another class when back in New Orleans. He gave through instructions and had a great personality to keep everyone engaged and happy as we were learning new things. Highly recommend!
