Such a great time! Raymond was personable and funny and made the experience even better. The Traditions menu was easy to make and the jambalaya was better than anything I’ve had in a restaurant to date. Would highly recommend 😊

I booked a Roux School class for my wife and I on Mother’s Day weekend. Raymond Signal was our Instructor/Chef. He was outstanding! We learned a great deal and he was very engaging and friendly. My wife wants to book another class for Father’s Day! I HIGHLY recommend the Mardi Gras School of Cooking! V. Vincent

My sister and I had so much fun! The class was both entertaining & educational. Everyone was so lovely and the food was amazing! I don't think I can ever eat instant grits again after tasting the real thing!

Mardi Gras School of Cooking was a great way to enjoy dinner and learn how to cook that delicious NOLA cuisine. The history of the food was shared and that was wonderful as well with our great Chef. I highly recommend this evening to anyone. I have already used the knife tips at home.

What a great way to spend an afternoon. Not only was the chef experienced, he was a fabulous story teller and made the whole experience as memorable as any other aspect of our visit to New Orleans.

What an amazing experience. Chef David was absolutely the best. We could not have asked for anyone better. His outgoing personality and his knowledge of New Orleans history and the Cajun culture was top notch. The food was incredible. Would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting this great city. Thank you chef David for a fantastic experience.
