My sister and I had so much fun! The class was both entertaining & educational. Everyone was so lovely and the food was amazing! I don't think I can ever eat instant grits again after tasting the real thing!

Mardi Gras School of Cooking was a great way to enjoy dinner and learn how to cook that delicious NOLA cuisine. The history of the food was shared and that was wonderful as well with our great Chef. I highly recommend this evening to anyone. I have already used the knife tips at home.

What an amazing experience. Chef David was absolutely the best. We could not have asked for anyone better. This was a wonderful and fun experience! We were in town for Christmas and looking for fun experiences and My Husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Small Group of up to 8 - we had six and hands on experience. Recommend it to everyone.
