RecommendedMy hubby and I did the Traditions class with Chef Ronald last weekend. This class was so much fun and very informative as there were us and another couple that attended. We learned so many new tips and techniques and can’t wait to come back and attend another one of his classes. We highly recommend this to other travelers visiting New Orleans!

RecommendedWent to two classes with my father this past week and they were fantastic! Absolutely recommend it! I initially only booked one, but enjoyed it so much, we went again on our spare day before leaving. We took the "New Orleans Creole" class first, then the Cajun cooking class! Would've taken more if we had time haha

RecommendedWe took the Roux class on 1/18/25 with Chef Raymond, and we had a blast. I learned sooooo much and Chef was kind, encouraging and patient with all of us. I truly feel like I can make Shrimp Etouffee and Gumbo now that I'm' home. I don't like super spicy foods, and Chef adjusted the heat level for me. It was still very flavorful without burning up your taste buds. Some other students added hot sauce to their individual servings. I highly recommend this class.
