RecommendedMy husband & I went to the Roux Class tonight with Chef Raymond. It was fantastic! We learned how to make Chicken & Andouille Gumbo and Shrimp Etoufee. It was fun and delicious. Chef Raymond made Bananas Foster as we looked on, and it was amazing. Best cooking class experience we’ve ever had! I highly recommend & will be back for more classes. Many thanks to Chef Raymond and his assistant, Tracy! ❤️

RecommendedMy hubby and I did the Traditions class with Chef Ronald last weekend. This class was so much fun and very informative as there were us and another couple that attended. We learned so many new tips and techniques and can’t wait to come back and attend another one of his classes. We highly recommend this to other travelers visiting New Orleans!

RecommendedWent to two classes with my father this past week and they were fantastic! Absolutely recommend it! I initially only booked one, but enjoyed it so much, we went again on our spare day before leaving. We took the "New Orleans Creole" class first, then the Cajun cooking class! Would've taken more if we had time haha
