BEWARE! Dont move here This place is disgusting. It is not safe. This place is right off the freeway and has no security cameras installed. My car was broken into last week.. I went for a walk in the park behind the complex and when I tried re-entering a homeless man was blocking the gate from the inside. I tried asking him if he could move over but he was incoherent. Unsafe, Unclean and Unattentive Management This property is full of residents who realize quickly that the show unit and pictures aren't what they really got - aside from a high turnover of property managers (we've had 4 in the 4 years I've been here), there are a litany of other terrifying reasons to stay away: 1) Unless you have a reserved space, parking is incredibly hard to come by. The rent is cheap for a reason The management is rarely in the office during "open" hours and when they are around the service is anything but good. For example, if they take a package for you, and you have a delivery confirmation from the sender, they may still tell you it's not there for several days because they didn't bother to look. They've also been known to accept food packages that should be left at doorways and let them rot in the office.
