Great customer service for sure! Starting from David on grounds, I always seeing him doing his thing keeping it clean and with such a great vibe. For the manager Freddie he always so helpful and nice. As for the apartments they are right off the 170 freeway very convenient for me after a long day of work. Now rating at 4 stars thanks to the New Super Juan! I moved into the Marquee in August. My place definitely was in need of renovations. After complaining several months about the same issue. The day he started the problem was fixed. I'd like to say I hope that he is the super for the duration of my stay! He really gets things done. During a time like this ( quarantined ) people want to be comfortable where they are spending the majority of their time.

This is a great place to live. I lived here a year and there were huge pros to being here. Pros: the maintenance issues are dealt with quickly. The grounds are kept clean at all times. The leasing staff is very friendly. I felt the most comfortable dealing with them going through my application process. They leasing office walks you through the apt and tells you exactly what to do while leaving so you can get your security deposit back. They sent my security deposit back FAST. I was here for little under a year. Overall it's a good starting out place. Had a studio, had roaches a couple times but they were consistent to keep spraying and were gone. Main reason I'm writing is cause of Freddy at the front desk. Always so helpful and did it with a smile. Thanks again for all your help!!!

Love it here. Great units, great staff, clean community. They're very helpful and always polite. They often have small events for residents that are really simple but fun. Great vibe in a great area. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

I've lived here for a while, and figured I should leave a review. There is new management and they have been doing an excellent job. They really care about their residents and do what they can to ensure you are happy with your home. Maintenance has always been prompt and efficient. Last year, we had some pretty heavy rainfall and the roof leaked into my apartment. This was an issue that management wasn't aware that they inherited when they purchased the building, but they handled it extremely well. They put me up in a hotel ... read more

The Marquee is a nice place. I haven't had any major problems. Shelly in the office is very nice. The studios are very spacious. There are a bunch of washers so doing many loads of laundry is a breeze. Nice NoHo location. Gabe, the head of Maintenance is super cool and takes care of biz. Overall, you should move into The Marquee.

We've called the Marquee Apartments home for more than 5 years now and love it here. The staff have been wonderful and are always very helpful. The community is clean, pet-friendly and safe with secure parking and plenty of guest parking space. The complex also has a great pool, spa and gym. I love the location in North Hollywood which has plenty of small restaurants and shopping nearby and is centrally located to many great parts of LA. I would strongly recommend this place to friends and family!

I moved into the Marquee apartments in June of 2016. I have lived here for almost 2 years now. I will be telling about my own personal experience. I live in a second floor studio apartment at the very front of the complex. My tour and move in process was incredibly smooth. Nicolas helped my family and me through that. He was great.
