I moved into the Marquee apartments in June of 2016. I have lived here for almost 2 years now. I will be telling about my own personal experience. I live in a second floor studio apartment at the very front of the complex. My tour and move in process was incredibly smooth. Nicolas helped my family and me through that. He was great. The apartment itself is fantastic. It's spacious, has a ton of storage space (lots of cabinets and closet space) and the bathroom is huge! I recently toured at The Marquee. The staff there was really friendly and knowledgeable. I toured with Shelly and felt so comfortable. It was actually the first place that I actually didn't feel pressured or snubbed. I went to 4 other communities today and this one definitely treated me the best. The manager came out and introduced herself as well (forgot her name) lol my lease is up at the end of January and when February comes around The Marquee will be my first choice.

This is an incredible apartment complex. It is conveniently located next to the 170 and close to stores and restaurants and Universal Studios is a very short drive away. They keep the property very clean, and every week I hear them vacuuming the hallways. Great amenities include laundry rooms which take a special card you load with money (no carrying around bags of quarters), a workout room, BBQ grills, a hot tub, and a pool which is perfect during the hot valley weather. One of the best places to live at the office is always very helpful and understanding and the property is very well kept too bad I had to move due to some family emergencies but I highly recommend this place everyone here is great!!!!!!

This place is the true definition of a quality apartment complex. when I first walk on this complex I felt an sense of safety and was welcome with huge, warm smile by the office staff of the complex. I've lived at The Marquee for two years now and I really love it. Since my arrive two years earlier, management has made a lot of improvements regarding parking and maintenance requests. They are serious about towing cars without proper stickers to free up spaces for residents. And the maintenance requests are always taken care of within 24 hours, which I completely appreciate. I just signed my lease for another year at the Marquee apartments in NOHO and I'm looking forward to another great year here! First of all I'm grateful that my rent only increased a few dollars. I recently moved in and the team in the office was very attentive. They helped me, they were patient and even offered my friends whom were helping me move Nachos. The Maintenance guy came and showed me how to use my all my appliances and walked me through the parking rules since I asked him. It was nice to see that the maintenance team is as knowledgeable as the office team. The things I have noticed that may not necessarily be the fault of the office.
