Shelly Valex and Sophia Alcala saved this business. They call back on time, are punctual, friendly and kind. They really care about the tenants and try their best to fix what is going wrong. I appreciate their kindness towards me. These two are good at their job and really deserve credit for that. Also the maintenance crew is the best. They always are smiling, friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience with Shelly. She was very friendly, informative, professional and warming. This is a beautiful location with nice apartments!!!! Customer service is top notch!!! It makes me feel like I'm at home.

The Marquee is the jewel of North Hollywood! It's right off Highway 170...which is normally not as congested as the other LA highways, which great! The office staff is friendly and maintenance gets work orders completed rather swiftly! The amenities are a plus...fitness center with great equipment, spa, pool and several laundry rooms! The two things I wish they would work on are: -the carpet in the hallways of the buildings! They hold dust, stains and smells! When throwing pets in the mix...you can imagine. Have only toured the grounds and I love the place. I appreciate the staff who have been diligently responding to all my questions via email and updating me as prices change. Can't beat their customer service and I can't wait for my lease to end so I can move here

The management has been very helpful with resolving any problems I have had since move in. The units are very spacious and affordable and the staff keeps the grounds up very nicely. I would have given a 5 star but my MAIN issue is the nasty carpet in the hallways, it is an eyesore. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE change the carpet.

I love loving here....but please bring Viankka back...the new management have the worst people skills. One of the new women in the office was being extremely rude to my fiance and guests a couple weeks ago. The original crew we had here 2 years ago made me so happy to live here...these new ones...I don't know if we'll be staying much longer. I am really enjoying living at The Marquee! I began searching for an apartment in February but was unable to find a place for a reasonable price, with up to date amenities, which would also be very central to Hollywood, Downtown, and San Fernando. Viannkka and Sofia are the best and easiest people who helped me claim and move into my apartment. I am so enamored with this place, the quality and hilarious neighbors. I really like it here and wish my lease was for 30 years haha. A little bit of everybody is here and I enjoy the atmosphere. Feels safe and as a person who orders stuff online I don't have any packages stolen. Also, it may be a bit difficult for delivery people to maneuver around the complex and find where I live but just with a little aid it they can find... read more

I moved out of this place one month ago to be closer to work...but I must say I have nothing but positive things to say...first off the prop mngr Julia, is very sweet, wish I could have taken her to my new place...my new one is a B***^...secondly maintenance is on point, you have a problem they usually fix it that same day ;)
