Amazing place to live leasing office people are very friendly and professional i really recommend this place
Wonderful Mangt. Team that is always working with me to address any issues or concerns I may have. The team in the office are very nice and helpful to me and they go above and beyond to make sure that things are going well. I can't say thank you enough for everything they do for me. The community is very nice too to live in. The grounds are clean and well kept. The maintenance team are great and always working hard to have everything in tip top shape. Thank you so much!

For an apt complex, I'm thrilled!! I'm sure it depends on where your apt is located, but I get decent light (east facing) and my neighbors are quiet and respectful. Noise is very minimal. Cars outside can be loud, but it doesn't last long. Maintenance responds quickly. Is difficult to get emails responses from management but the office is open almost all week so it's not hard to stop in. I've been here 2 months and it's been great so far.

Sam always helps when when I have an issue. No matter what the situation has been since she has been here she has been super helpful. She has went over beyond what I've experienced in the past. She makes no promises and states I'm gonna do my best and sorry if I'm Not able to help. Always a positive outcome. I have lived at the Marquee for 7 years. Samantha, one of the staff in the leasing office has been so helpful and attentive to the residents needs. She always pays close attention to details and concerns of the residents.

I have lived at the marquee for over two years now, and can safely say the managing staff is fantastic. Led by the amazing Stephanie, who is always cordial, welcoming, and really cares about her job. She is always available and sets a gold standard for management. Bravo. Another huge perk about working here is the maintenance staff. I've lived here a year now. Feb 2022-Feb 2023 I like my unit, I like my neighbors. They are nice and friendly. By that I mean all 8 units on the floor I'm on, they are all friendly and chat with you in passing. The pool is awesome and the seating area is good too. The hot tub has been a great place to chill on cool nights and warm nights. The staff is friendly. The maintenance crew always respond to the request I put in either the same day or the next morning.
