I have lived here for a little over a Month now, and it's been great ! The staff has been very courteous and very responsive if any maintenance etc is needed. It's a pet friendly Building which is great for me and my Pup... special shout out to Julia and Viannkka who actually watched my Pup for Me when I had to go out of Town ! That was definitely above and beyond ! Also, the actual apartment is very nice with new upgrades, and I'm looking forward to using the great pool as it starts to warm up !! :)

Very helpful and considerate management and staff! Great place to live, very quiet and nice people around. Also convient to the freeway with the way traffic is in LA. Lived here for about a year moved out and came back!

One of the best places to live in all of LA, I have been here for 5 years and due to the countless bad reviews I would agree on some points. It got to the point where I was about to move out but It was purchased by a new company the "Marquee Apartment Homes" and the new staff is just downright awesome. Management is wonderful! I have never had such an easy stress free time moving into an apartment. I turned in my apartment application and was approved within 45mins of applying. The staff is so nice and very accommodating. Not to mention the units are SOOOOO much nicer than most of the apartments in the north Hollywood area. I moved in today and I could not be happier!

This review is for the management and staff only. Moving has always been such a stressful time, but these guys really made this a smooth transition for me. They are always so friendly, and are immediately on any issue that may arise. This group is the best!
I have yet to move in. True. HOWEVER - the staff!!! Bianca has been tremendous. TREMENDOUS. My daughter and I are thrilled to be moving into such a great place - especially considering the price. I am not concerned about the area - - - I've lived in L.A. my entire life - I know how to navigate. I just moved here recently from k-town and the apartments and management here are great. Everything has been recently refurbished and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They pushed through the paperwork very quickly and efficiently! They seem to genuinely care about giving you a quality place to live!
My review is for the management staff only. 5 stars! The staff here is absolutely the friendliest and best I've ever dealt with in an apartment community. They are professional, knowledgable, responsive, compassionate and down to earth. It's extremely important to have a good management staff when you live in an apartment that actually love what they do for a living and whose main goal is to provide excellent service.
