Pros: * The complex is very clean * The leasing staff are really nice * There is a park next door with a track. Perfect for jogging and walking your dog. * Friendly neighbors. The Marquee was perfect for my first apartment in LA. My studio was affordable, had some really nice updates (new cabinets, flooring, etc.) and TWO closets, so ample storage space. The location was a quick drive to the NoHo Arts District and Burbank which satisfied my dining and shopping needs. I loved living at the Marquee. The studios were very modern, which I absolutely loved, there's ample closet space and the property was well-kept. I wasn't a big fan of the location. It really is at the very northern-most point of NoHo, and the scenery isn't as nice, so I didn't find ideal, especially for the rental prices. Guest parking was limited but there is parking in a neighborhood close by. The walls are pretty thin so noise can travel from your neighbor's apartment. I really just want to stop and say how happy I am with The Marquee apartments. My boyfriend and I live in a pretty spacious studio apartment (525sq) and it honestly feels even bigger than that. We have a front door and a patio door which is super great with our dog. The management has been nothing but amazing since I moved in. The staff is always nice and attentive. The place is well kept. Right off the 170. Nice to hop on a freeway to get where you need to go. Nice perks to the property e.g. gym, jacuzzi, pool and dog friendly!

I lived at the Marquee for 3 months. I was grateful for their flexible lease terms, their helpful staff and their spacious storage. My boyfriend and I lived comfortably in a 525 sqft studio. The kitchen is lacking in counter space, but it's a tiny apartment, what do you expect? What it lacked in counter space it made up for in storage. We had two closets, that were quite a bit larger than we were expecting. They were a pretty standard depth, but were long and quite tall. My wife and I recently moved from back East and had heard many horror stories regarding apartment complexes in LA and in particular horrible management. I have lived here for a little over 2 months now and I am such a fan of this beautiful complex...I really feel like I'm staying in a fancy hotel, but forever! Viannkka was a super hero in helping me move in after MUCH confusion, and is still a super hero at any hour of any day...even when she's not working!
