I've lived here for about 9 months or so and I'm settled in and love it here. Great location close to just about everything, it's gated and safe and new management has everything running smoothly. Pool is always clean and so is the hot tub, old management would have things broken for ages before fixing them, the new management team does a fantastic job keeping this place clean and pleasant to live in. I LOVE IT HERE. I've lived in Miracle Mile, West Hollywood, Hollywood and now North Hollywood. I've been here for over a year and just re-signed my lease for another one. I do not agree with the negative reviews. This place is safe (gated with 24 hour security), clean, spacious and has everything I need. There's a great pool, hot tub, 24 hour gym and laundry on site. Are u looking for a studio apartment in the valley? You won't find a better one. The studios are spacious and comfortable. The extra space in the bathroom makes a huge difference. I have lived here for 3 years and I love it. The staff is friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is full of conveniences like Starbucks and the best gas station ever on the corner. I mean the gas station has a Mexican restaurant and sells really good beer. Stop looking this is the one!
Since G & I Have Lived Here At The Marquee Apts We Have Loved It We Find It To Be Safe And Quiet We Like The Fact That We Live By The Freeway, Stores, And Starbucks. Janet And The Other Women Here Are Very Nice They Take Good Care Of The Tenants Here And Take Good Care Of The Property Anytime Anything Needs Fixing They Are On Top Of It We Have A Pool, Hot Tub, And Gym Very Nice We Have No Complaints And Hope To Live Here At The Marquee Apartments For A Very Long Time.
I LOVE MY NEW PLACE!!!! I needed to move in ASAP and the staff really made it an easy move and stress free! I applied online and before the day was over I got approved and moved in the next day! I love the modern look and the wood floors. This place is gated which is a bonus and the park behind the building makes it easy for me to walk my dog. I'm not gonna lie, yes.. You can hear airplanes during the day BUT I work the normal 8-5 job so by the time I get home I don't really hear them. & the remarks about pest control... Wel... read more
The place is nice! The studios are pretty big and newly renovated and look clean and fairly fancy! The floors feel like they were done really poorly, they are so uneven. And I wish they would have spent some of that renovated money on New windows becuase you hear so much noise from the freeway and the planes overhead every 20-30 min all day long. So yeah buy some ear plugs or you will never sleep through the night!
I love my place. It's modern and a pretty spacious for a studio. I'm a single female so safety was important to me. I feel absolutely safe and have no issues walking my dog alone at night. There's a nice gym and pool. I said goodbye to my 24 hour fitness membership and swim here religiously. I had one problem with a noisy neighborhood, but management handled it promptly and professionally. Check it out! I work here and we have renovated the entire place, the residents are really cool here ( like u'll actually know your neighbor and say hi) , we keep the grounds looking good at all times, and we really do care about our residents. :) So come down and take a tour..
