So far so good...found this place via Craigslist and after extensive driving and searching ALL over central LA this was my last stop. The staff (Antoinette) was super friendly even though I walked in about 2 minutes before the office closed for the day, she gave me a tour of the grounds (which includes: an on-site leasing office open Mon-Sat, a sparkling pool and hot tub, a small gym, multiple laundry rooms, several grill areas and is pet friendly!). I am new on yelp and I was curious to see if there were any reviews for the building where I live. Shocked that there is only one review and even more shocked to see that it was a poor a one! Currently living here at the marquee apartments and it's horrible . The staff is really bad with communication. They gave me a unit that I did not choose . They are trying to charge me $700 but they said we get one month for free . For my lease it states a free month on the lease . If they told me in the beginning that I would have to still pay won't moved in that month. Homeless people roaming around the community. Digging into trash cans and sitting at the tables . I would strongly advise caution before applying here. While the property itself may seem appealing, the application process was frustrating and lacked clear and consistent communication. After submitting my application along with a $250 holding deposit, I received little to no updates and was given no clear timeline on a decision. Believe all the other bad reviews about this place, it's all true. There is not only a roach infestation but a mice infestation as well. Always homeless around, the other day saw three masked gang members asking around for someone's apartment number and then 5 minutes later someone got attacked according to the Citizen app. This place got a new owner yet again and this one is the worst yet. If you value your peace, don't do it. Dog poop everywhere, maintenance takes weeks and homeless roaming around. If you're gonna live in the valley, not worth it.

Although the place looks nice, the application requirements were more of uninterrogation and scrutiny. One person in particularly made it impossible to get in by the name of Delano! He's truly not a people person and is angry at the world! They request a deposit and later don't return it even though even though they turn you down, you have to go to the bank and fight for the money back but they are known for this according to other people who try to apply, be very wary of this place, if you don't have perfect credit or meet ... read more

Leasing office does not respond to emails or phone calls. Good luck trying to get in contact with someone especially if there's a serious issue. You will be ignored.

Avoid like the plague. Lived here for 3 years. Had a cockroach problem they wouldn't address for 2. No one ever answers the phone. The security is a joke. When I moved out they charged me for ridiculous things that absolutely violate California renters laws. This place is a disgusting mess. The pool and hot tub always have a gross film on top. Never clean. Dog poop everywhere and unhoused people roaming the parking lot all the time. A scam
