This apartment is a very terrible apartment. An apartment is rent controlled doesn't mean you neglect your responsibilities as a landlord. Unfortunately, the employees that work in this building are incompetent, they do not respond to text or emails, they are money hungry and cannot justify whatever they are charging you for, they lack accountability and refuse to take responsibilities for their actions. This apartment is intentionally very difficult to work with, worst apartment I have lived in for sure.

A one star rating is too high, in my opinion. I don't think I have ever lived in a worse apartment complex. The conditions are horrible and the management team couldn't care less. I had basically every problem imaginable for the 10 months living here. I had rats, I had roaches, I had mold, my door wasn't sealed properly so I would get a puddle in my kitchen during this year's rain storms. Worst place. Idk if it's just c building. But this apartment's got a huge roach infestation. It's disgusting. Homeless all over in park and freeway so they step over our cars in parking lot to hope over fences.

The worst place I have ever lived. Management is in shambles, infested with cockroaches (found a whole nest in my apartment), mold and mildew prone with condensation on the walls. Security deposit not returned, impossible to get a hold of anyone, homeless people in the pool and in the apartment complex in general. I have lived here for almost 5 years now. I have never complained about this building, even with all its problems, I've always was grateful that I have a roof over my head, food in my stomach and money to pay my bills. I moved out about two years ago, but reading over this page, I see nothing much has changed. I just want to warn anyone considering living here: DONT DO IT. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. IT IS NOT WORTH IT. NEVER EVER MOVE HERE. My safety has been in jeporady 3 times within 2 weeks of someome trying to break into my place and have informed corporate and the property manager and there is no sense of urgency. This place is not safe for residents and they do not take the safety of residents seriously. If I want to transfer units I have to pay a fee and pay the rent for the next spot which is more expensive than the spot I'm in now.

Going to start this review off by saying I will not be accepting any solution to this issue on the condition that I remove my review. The property will respond to save face but they should've considered their online reputation when they chose to deceive me. Do not move here. The photos online do not match what you see upon arrival.
