Today I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Kristi Schleicher. After trying to obtain a verification of mortgage for 2 weeks, I had the opportunity to email and speak to Mrs. Schleicher and after carefully verifying my information she resolved my problem within an hour. I am extremely grateful for your customer service, your help, and your extensive knowledge in helping me solve my problem. You have been a lifesaver, Mrs. Kristi! Thank you for all you do and your prompt attention to my situation. You are truly appreciated.
I am giving 5 stars because of Kristi Schleicher. We contacted TMS so many different ways (phone, fax, email) for weeks regarding our escrow bill, and we received no help or even a response. I finally got in contact with Kristi, and she got everything solved in 2 days. I'm pretty sure all the good reviews given to TMS are because of Kristi's customer service.
We had the absolute best experience with Kristi Schleicher. We had an issue that we were extremely worried about and from the time I found her email address to the time the situation was resolved, was maybe 45 minutes total. Kristi has amazing customer service skills and we are so very thankful for her!
I was going to post a poor review due to trouble getting a tax document handled, but I contacted Kristi after seeing her information here to give TMS another chance to fix my situation. She was very helpful and I was able to get my information corrected in a few short emails! Thanks!
I also worked with Kristi after reading these posts. I had been dealing with a nightmare at TMS (over 4 months of back and forth regarding a lost real estate tax payment - it was going nowhere) and she solved it the same day I reached out. Don't call the 800 number, just email kristi.schleicher@themoneysource.com. She'll get it done. I'm giving three stars for TMS because I would give them zero if I could, but I'd give Kristi 5 for her quick solve. I wasted so many hours of my life on the phone line...

This review is for my customer experience with Kristi Schleicher, VP of Customer Experience at The Money Source. My loan was sold while I was on a Covid 19 forbearance plan and The Money Source became the servicer. After coming out of forbearance, the TMS loss mitigation team was a nightmare to work with. Thanks to Kristi Schleicher for getting our escrow refund taken care of which was apparently lost by the USPS. <br /> We emailed Kristi and explained that we hadn't received our refund check from a recent mortgage payoff...although I could see the check was cut on our online account and when it was issued.<br /> Kristi got to work and immediately had a stop payment on the mailed check and had a new check FEDEX'd to our new home. <br /> I have worked with Kristi on a few other instances and she's never let us down.
