Eleanor was amazing! She went above and beyond to explain my options for forbearance and other possible support they can offer when we are unable to make our mortgage payments due to Covid. She was positive and uplifting! This is some of the best customer service I have ever received!
This review is particularly for Kristi Schleicher. TMS is a big company, with a lot of different moving parts. One thing that is consistent and dedicated is Kristi. She was able to personally tend to my account and help me through some very trying times. She never passed me on to anyone else, and handled each call and e-mail personally. I can’t recommend Kristi enough.
Kristi resolves my issue very fast and professionally. Also she is very patient whenever she helps me. Had a great experience getting help from her!
We were recently changed servicer to TMS. Through some miscommunication or error, our first payment of property taxes from our escrow was not distributed. We were not alerted until checking in on it ourselves and noting a delinquency fee. Contacted TMS and had a very difficult experience with extensive wait time and the initial person was very accusatory that this was our problem and to deal with it. Justina was absolutely great with my account. She made sure I felt confident with the details and that there were no surprises! I could not have left that conversation feeling any better. I understand what is happening with my mortgage and what the next steps are. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct and even escalated a document issue for me. Our refi was sold to TMS. My first conversation was with Kristi and she was excellent! She is prompt , knowledgeable and courteous.
Kristi helped it had been a few weeks since hearing after closing my refinance and she returned my message quickly the same morning even and assured me it would be handled that was Wednesday by Thursday morning it was set up
I refinanced my loan in March of 2021. The Money Source became the third entity to service the loan in November. I have never, ever missed a singe mortgage payment in over 40 years, yet somehow the money source managed to lose my October payment when it was transferred from the last servicer. They started sending me vaguely threatening letters which stated my credit rating might suffer and my home be foreclosed.
