The representative was extremely helpful and knew exactly where my transaction went wrong. I requested a refund, and she asked if I preferred the money be refunded to the account it came out of. This is a time savor for me not having to wait on a paper check and then going to the bank. I am grateful for the Saturday hours.
The money source is the best mortgage company their always willing to work with you. They understands everyone experience hardship sometimes, and they have worked with me making sure I was comfortable with the payment arrangements they really work with you staying in your home. I love them always kind.
With this bank, you feel you are dealing with people and not a computer. Very reasonable and responsive lender. When I had trouble paying my mortgage they gave me an opportunity to get back on track. I was given an assigned representative to assist me through a difficult time.
I recently got married and needed to change my last name. Kristi made the process very easy. I have been working with the money source the past two years and it has been an enjoyable experience.

The other day I called TMS to ask if there was a possibility that I could skip a payment due to extreme hardship (lack of work and illness). I spoke with Jesus, and he was beyond helpful. We've been in serious situations due to Covid-19 and TMS has been extremely helpful and patient with us. I've had many calls from different lenders asking me if I want to refinance. I've told them that as long as TMS continues to be my mortgage holder I will not change.
First company that is an actual pleasure to work with. Every time I call in, they actually listen and fix my issues. I've never had to follow up or call back because they don't forget about me. If they feel ill be on hold awhile, they value my time and follow up when they figure out how to resolve my issue and by email so I don't have to be on the phone. I’m very happy with the service that I received from Shelly today. I initially started out with a different servicer of my home loan and I was not very happy or satisfied with them. My loan was then transferred to TMS and they have been a complete joy to work with. Thank you
Kristi Schleicher was simply amazing. She ACTUALLY listened to my explanation of the issues, then she ACTUALLY worked with me to resolve the issues. We were on the phone for 37 MINUTES and the issues were resolved. T. M. S. has had my loan for approximately 2 1/2 years. I cannot even remember how many times I have called in an attempt to resolve this.
