Easy to deal with and offered what they proposed. Very simple to process the loan and they guide you through the entire process. Great rate.
We were having issues with getting the yearly escrow analysis to be accurate. Amazing customer service! Bridget helped me lower my rate from 6% down to 3%, saving me hundreds and hundreds of dollars. I was reduced to part-time during Covid and struggling to pay my mortgage, but Money Source worked with me to make my payments affordable. I am so grateful.
My loan got transferred to TMS in early November. My first mortgage payment with them went fine, but now I'm having trouble logging in to the dashboard to make sure my auto pay is set up correctly. I called customer service, but they weren't much help and just told me something was wrong with my computer. But I tried logging in from two different devices and two different web browsers.
Carla R. helped me set up a reoccurring payment was outstanding! Above and beyond great customer service! She even offered to follow up with me and call to verify the account and payment was processed correctly. Again outstanding customer service representative!
I’ve been with TMS for about a year and it’s great. Good app, website and customer service. Have no complaints whatsoever. Now my mortgage is being transferred to PHH and frankly reading reviews on them I’m not encouraged.
I was finally able to resolve an ongoing issue with The Money Source after speaking to about 30 reps who made promises and failed to keep them. I found the VP of customer service information on this site and reached out to Kristi Schleicher and my experience changed immediately. My mortgage was sold right before Covid to TMS and honestly I feel like it was a blessing! Covid really set us back and TMS has been nothing but supportive, informative, and extremely easy for this first time buyer to navigate. My reps are always kind and empathetic, they answer my questions and stay in contact. I’m extremely happy with this company.
