Kristi Schleicher is worth staying with TMS. I heard about her from reading the reviews about TMS. I reached out to her through email after talking to countless representatives, numerous transfer and calls lasting up to an hour at various times about an over $2000 mortgage payment increase due to escrow. My refinance through Better.com was originally serviced by TMS. My first mortgage payment was made via ACH autopay and then my loan was transferred to a new servicer the next day. My new loan servicer does not show record of my payment and is still showing that payment being due while TMS will not confirm the balances / amounts that were transferred to my new loan servicer. Kristi Schleicher has provided my wife and I excellent, courteous, and highly professional service on the transition process from loan closing at Better Mortgage to loan servicing at The Money Source.
I have had 3 different mortgage companies and by far this one is the best they are very understanding and companionate when you need help you won’t go wrong picking them
Every representative I have worked with has been kind, compassionate and competent. I recommend TMS without reservations. I am a senior widow on a fixed income and suffered greatly financially when I had to quit my part time job working with the elderly as a home health companion due to medical issues that qualify me as high risk.<br /> TMS has been wonderful; understanding my plight and helping me work through it.
