My review is not for The Money Source in general but rather one agent in particular. We have had the best experience with an agent named Liza Fitch. She is the absolute best. They need to give her a raise. She has been the most knowledgeable, caring, efficient representative we have spoken with in 6.5 years with The Money Source. Please understand that having her as an employee is the equivalent of striking gold. We just want to thank her for being her awesome self.

They truly seem to understand how life is going for many Americans right now. They have so far been nothing but accommodating and courteous.

I am 82 years young and have had many mortgages in my time my wife was a mortgage broker for 20 yrs and we had several rental property's. I just want to say that with all the times I have dealt with mortgage company's thru out the yrs. I have never had a more pleasant, courteous, and efficient experience as I have had with The Money Source, keep up the good work and you'll undoubtedly rise to the top of the industry, In my personal opinion your already there.

After attempting to pay off my mortgage, I had difficulty getting a wire transfer, initiated from a large Credit Union, through to the bank service utilized by TMS. For an unknown reason, the Bank that receives the payoff was stripping my account information and identity from the wire transfer so that TMS could not see where to apply the funds to. The Bank dis not offer up a reason for the rejection, so the Credit Union attempted to call customer service. After speaking to customer service twice, after having the wire reject... read more
