Kristi Schleicher, VP Customer Service had gone above and beyond to help me with my Escrow account. She is professional and very kind. I am a new customer (my loan was sold to TMS) and she helped me to expedite my property taxes to get paid in a timely fashion. Today, Karma assisted with scheduling my forbearance mortgage payment. She was very knowledgeable and explained some details to me that other representatives in the past had not. My concern was handled accordingly and timely.
I had an issue with my loan and called and spoke with 2 different customer representatives that both told me they would fix the problem. Neither one did, after reading reviews I noticed multiple people wrote that after encountering problems with TMS, Kristy Schleicher resolved their issues. I reached out to her and she got back to me immediately. She called me multiple times and was so wonderful to work with. She took care of everything and restored my faith in customer service!
