What a great company! Every time I have needed assistance they have been extremely helpful and there’s rarely/if ever a wait to speak with the rep. Every time I called in, every person I’ve spoken with has been extremely professional, courteous and personable. Also love that you don’t have to choose 20 different options to speak with someone!!
I am 82 yrs young and my wife has been a Real Estate Broker for over 20 yrs, and at this point in our life we have financed several loans of all sorts FHA, VA, Conv. ETc. TMS mortgage company is fairly new to me. On a couple of occasions I felt confused and frustrated. I’ve been with Money Source for 4 years now and after a recent hardship I fell behind on my mortgage (3 1/2 months). I had received a letter to pay the full amount by Oct 14. I had sold a motorcycle and the check was on hold, there was no way I could pay it on time.
