Kristi Schleicher at TMS is a huge lifesaver. She is so quick to reply and will ensure to get back to you asap! I have been very satisfied with all the service she has provided. She thoroughly answers all questions and is extremely friendly.
I called TMS customer service and worked with several agents. We spent hours on the phone over multiple conversations, and did not get the problem resolved.<br /><br /> As a last ditch effort, I sent an email to Kristi after finding her contact info here. She was amazing and very helpful in getting the payment situation resolved. I don't know that the problem would have been fixed otherwise. I had some confusion regarding a loan payment, and TMS was quick to respond to me and clear up my confusion. I received an excellent level of customer support from Kristi Schleicher.
I am writing to sing the praises of Kristi Schleicher. I ran into a complicated tax issue and spent months attempting to communicate with TMS to find out what was going on and how to rectify the issue. I finally contacted Kristi (whose name/contact info I learned from WalletHub). Kristi provided exceptional service and was able to provide me with the information that I had been unsuccessful in finding out from TMS for months. I give Kristi 5 stars. Prior to her involvement, I would have given TMS 0 stars.

I am a real estate investor and unfortunately have had MANY negative experiences with mortgage lenders. One of the best, if not the best customer service experience I have had was the assistance I received from Kristi Schleicher. She was extremely professional in working with me. She actively listened to me, promised to get back to me after she made additional inquiries, and confirmed a date when she would contact me. We had our escrow adjusted and weren't notified properly, thus resulting is a shortage of under $100. The Money Source withheld all funds and dinged our credit for a 30 day late charge, which caused us to lose a loan for a house we were moving into. We contacted numerous customer service representatives until we got in touch with one that would submit a request to have the late ding removed from our credit. I hold hope that the company will correct the mistake after never missing a payment.
My experience with Kristie schleicher was exceptional she did work so hard on my loan issue by updating me always great customer service greatly appreciated
