My experience with TMS has been outstanding. We had just refinanced our home in May when our whole family came down with COVID in September. Working with TMS was effortless with our situation and it was easy and reassuring in a very hard time.
The agent that helped me was so patient and knowledgeable. She took her time and didn't rush me off the phone. She was very professional.
I wrote this review based off of my experience with 3 representatives at TMS. While reading some of the reviews on here I saw that some were getting responses from Kristi Schleicher, the VP of Customer Experience at TMS. I took the chance of reaching out to her by email and could not believe I received a phone call only a couple of hours later. Kristi promptly answered my questions and did so in a friendly manner. She called me personally and expedited payment of my property taxes from escrow to set my mind at ease.
Great company to work with and super easy to manage the account online, they were always professional and supportive, great customer service.
Oh i didn't get her name But my rep was amazing! She took the time to explained everything to me about my modification and i was very satisfied. I love this company. They truly find ways to help you through rough times!!! I would definitely recommend!!
Briana was professional and kind. She heard the frustration in my voice and assured me she would help and stay with me till the issue was resolved. Just wow. Kristi Schleicher helped me navigate an issue with such ease, but what i found incredible was that she responded to my email at 6pm on a holiday. Totally above and beyond! A main reason I left the big bank was lack of customer service, and I am very glad I came to TMS. Thank you Ms. Schleicher, now I know why you have such glowing reviews from everyone else!
