I cannot describe how thankful I am for this company and its employees. They have always been quick to answer questions, pick up the phone, etc... but during the pandemic The Money Source showed its true colors. I was scared, worried, and stressed about making our house payments. I had a very good experience speaking with Kristi Schleicher regarding my VA home loan being sold to TMS and what the transition would be like as well as clarifying some misunderstandings regarding COVID forbearance and what that will mean for my loan. She put my mind at ease and did a great job explaining everything. Highly recommend reaching out to her if you have any problems.

Our VA loan was transferred to the money source. I had several questions regarding a statement I received. Kristi Schleicher Went above and beyond to make sure we had questions answered and put our kinds at ease. Looking forward to continuing to work with her.
The website was very easy to use and apply additional money to my principal. Unfortunately my loan was sold. When I had questions about the sale and a scheduled payment, I received excellent customer service from Kristi Schleicher. I emailed her late on a Sunday night received a call back on Monday morning. She was friendly and helpful. I wish my loan was still with TMS.
