Today I needed answers on a new loan I recently closed that was transferred to The Money Source inc. , I dealt with a young lady by the name of Kathy M. , it was really a pleasure dealing with her , she was very kind , patient and knowledgeable about her job . I have dealt with refinancing and servicing with TMS a few times. There were issues one of the time that required a few phone calls but one of the people who is answering reviews here (Kristi Schleicher) was a GODSENT. Not saying that others were not helpful but she was much more responsive and personable and took time to follow up and get back to me with answers. Very professional and very friendly! Easy to talk to. TMS seem like they will be easy and productive to work with. Especially during these tough times that so many of us are going through.
