Today I needed answers on a new loan I recently closed that was transferred to The Money Source inc. , I dealt with a young lady by the name of Kathy M. , it was really a pleasure dealing with her , she was very kind , patient and knowledgeable about her job . I have dealt with refinancing and servicing with TMS a few times. There were issues one of the time that required a few phone calls but one of the people who is answering reviews here (Kristi Schleicher) was a GODSENT. Not saying that others were not helpful but she was much more responsive and personable and took time to follow up and get back to me with answers.
