Carolina was a friendly and knowledgeable customer service rep. She answered all of my questions and helped me set up my monthly mortgage payments. Full marks!

Kristi Schleicher is the best thing about TMS. We had some problems initially, but she was able to get them fixed. In the end, everything worked out.
I had such a positive experience dealing with my customer ally Bridget . She was extremely professional, courteous ,kind and very knowledgeable. She called often to keep me informed of the progress of my situation and always answered my questions promptly. I can not thank her enough .
