Kathy was such pleasure to talk to. She has wonderful customer service skills. She was very helpful and informative with my closing process.
I had to call customer support today and had the pleasure of speaking to a wonderful girl named Kathy (could have been Cassie, not sure). She was so helpful and such a pleasure to talk to. She was able to answer my question quickly and never once tried to rush me off the phone. I regret not getting her last name, but hope you can narrow it down! Needed to update my insurance policy and just couldn’t figure it out online. Got on the line with Kathy and she walked me right through the process—even tried to connect me directly with accounting team. They were already off for the day, so she provide me their direct email address. Kathy just wanted to make sure I had the resources to get this fully resolved. Not a huge issue, but she still came across as patient and I didn’t feel rushed off.

I called TMS customer service after having issues logging onto my account. While speaking with Kathy, she was able to correct and update my account info and eliminate my online problems. She was extremely pleasant and patient with me and at the end of our session I was very pleased that all issues were corrected. It was very nice to have had all my questions answered in just one phone call ! I believe Kathy to be a valued TMS Team Member. Thank You.

My husband and I called in today concerning a letter we had received in the mail.
