My husband and I called in today concerning a letter we had received in the mail. We spoke with a representative Cathy she was able to answer all our concerns was very knowledgeable about her job made it easy for us being older to understand. I’ve always had a good experience calling into TMS and using their website/app. We were struggling when COVID hit, and TMS did an excellent job with offering us options to both defer payments and (now) to get caught back up. I don’t feel stressed about the process at all, as everyone has been kind, understanding, and willing to answer any questions/concerns I have about the process.
Brandon helped me in June. Your automatic answering would not take my payment because I wanted to use a different bank account number than was on file and so they sent me to a person (Brandon) He took my payment without an extra charge and asked his manager how to change the bank account on the automatic recorder so this would not happen again. Thank You
TMS is the best mortgage company I have had the pleasure of financing with. From the beginning of my refinance through COVID-19 financial difficulties, they have been a true partner. Customer service is top notch. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help out.

It's rare to find someone so well-suited in handling the challenges that come with a career in customer service and Kristi seems to have been born to it. Brandon did a great job researching the unexpected fee on my account. A couple times he had to put me on hold to check with additional TMS personnel to get the correct explanation.
