My experience with the money source has been great they helped me so much in my first year I closed on my house 1 month before the pandemic hit I worked through the whole thing but ran into a few problems with my house the money source stepped in and got me through it with ease every time I call them they're prompt with me and handle my questions me and my family thank the money source so much for your professionalism and great service.

EDIT: Kristi was very prompt and helpful to track down the history. Thank you!<br /><br /> We had our mortgage transfer away from the money source without any issues. The new servicer did show the new mortgage balance which included our first payment. We preemptively paid our first mortgage payment but worried that somehow it would get lost in the transfer. Do check your initial mortgage balance after the transfer which should reflect any payments provide to the money source and don’t worry !
Carla was amazing! she answered all my questions and helped with my anxiety today over this loan! She definitely is a keeper and 1000% on top of customer satisfaction. She freed my mind of a lot of “what’s if’s” today and I really appreciate her and the servicer for being here for us!
