I received a letter stating that my monthly payment would be increased. I called to find out why. Alyssa explained that my escrow did not have the required amount of money in it to operate correctly. TMS had taken over my loan after I had refinanced the loan. So their reasoning was valid. I greatly appreciate Alyssa’s assistance and clarity in explaining the issues with me. Thank You
The Refi process was seamless and I had a very positive experience through the online TMS portal. There was a little confusion during the loan service transfer. However, this was quickly corrected; Kristi Schleicher (TMS Customer Service VP) was extremely responsive and was able to smooth over any bumps encountered during the process.
I had an large adjustment on my escrow account and had made several calls into TMS still without any understanding until I found a review for Kristi Schlicher VP of Customer Experience. She’s the best returned my email in less than 15 min and called me directly with a simple explanation to clear up the entire matter. Great Job Kristi !! Thanks Again .
