Since we started with the money source, we’ve had a pretty good experience. They offered Covid relief in the form of deferred principal that helped us out a great deal. When it came time to sell, we need to pay off letter pretty quick. Unbeknownst to us it takes several business days when there’s deferred principal like we had. Given our short timeline, Kristi Schliecher was very accommodating and expedited a letter for us, keeping us within the closing timeline. Huge help.
