When our mortage was transferred over to TMS the first month there was an issue with the payment getting there on time due to the postoffice. I was notified by customer service. So that our mortgage payment would be on time I agree to make a payment over the phone. I have never had an issue when I've called TMS. They have always gone above and beyond to help resolve any problem I've had. They are great
Charles was extremely helpful and patient explains to me shortage on my escrow account. He was professional and courteous after many questions he was able to help me understand the escrow report and iappreciated very much is detail and examples
Teana was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was a huge help and I felt better after talking with her. She made sure i was ok with what we discussed and answered any questions I may have had
So far, the service has been excellent! Thank you! I had some questions about when my mortgage would be due. I was assured on the due date and an updated mortgage statement was emailed to me within 15 minutes of my call.
For whatever reason, my payment wasn't posted to my account a day before the end of the grace period. From reading reviews, Kristi Schleicher seemed to be the go to person. I emailed her and sure enough I received a phone call to explain my situation. She assured me as to what she would do to resolve my situation and she did.
