She put my mind at ease with regards to my concerns about my monthly mortgage payments. She even worked to resolve a $25 fee that was inappropriately charged to my account. Thanks to her help, I have already set up my recurring monthly payments to ServBank, beginning in April. She is a valuable asset to your company.

The customer service is great! Every time I have called in, I’ve been helped and I’ve never had to wait very long. Recently I called in with two separate issues thinking I’d need to be transferred but the customer care rep was so knowledgeable and able to handle both of my issues. She was so helpful and kind.
Since we started with the money source, we’ve had a pretty good experience. They offered Covid relief in the form of deferred principal that helped us out a great deal. When it came time to sell, we need to pay off letter pretty quick. Unbeknownst to us it takes several business days when there’s deferred principal like we had. Given our short timeline, Kristi Schliecher was very accommodating and expedited a letter for us, keeping us within the closing timeline. Huge help.
