The Money Source is not an extremely well known company here in WA state....however they are AMAZING! They have truly helped me amd my boyfriend out tremendously! But Edward was really cool.....everytime I tried to set up auto pay....I was told that I would have to call back after my over the phone payment had settled. WELL Edward said he could absolutely take care of that for me and got me set right up for automatic deduction. He was also very kind, listened very closely and had an explanation right away for all my question... read more
I am very happy with my time with TMS. Any time I had questions they were always available to help me . The staff is so professional and knowledgeable and willing to help. I would use them again.

I had a refund issue and was having trouble getting it back. So I wrote a bad review but I want to change that. Kristi called me about 4 hours after writing the review and within 15 minutes of that call the refund was in my bank account. Now that is 5-star service!!!
Jesus was very professional and courteous when speaking to him. He was very knowledgeable on my matter and although my situation was a bit embarrassing he never made me feel judged. He understood and offered additional help.
Called TMS today and spoke to Anthony about a little paperwork issue I was having. He also saw the problem and was quick to address ad correct it. Thanks pard from an "old" guy who still likes to keep his paperwork in order. Mr.C
The representative was extremely helpful and knew exactly where my transaction went wrong. I requested a refund, and she asked if I preferred the money be refunded to the account it came out of. This is a time savor for me not having to wait on a paper check and then going to the bank. I am grateful for the Saturday hours.
