I honestly would give the TMS a 1-star rating; however, Kristi Schleicher is wonderful. I am extremely glad we are able to speak with her via email and/ or phone. If you are having issues with the customer service line, I highly recommend calling her. She gets things done. I am giving a five star rating for her amazing continued help with my mortgage and getting TMS to apply my payments properly.

Kristi at TMS is so very helpful! After my loan closed, TMS ended up being my initial loan servicer. This was surprising because I had been working with Ally the whole time or so I thought...toward the end I guess I was working with a company named Better. Anyway, I researched all the reviews for TMS and they were pretty scary. I reached out to Kristi proactively (found her contact info in other reviews) to make sure my account was set up as expected with an escrow account to pay taxes and insurance. It was! I am amending my previous review. TMS contacted me and I am working directly with Kristi. So far so good. I will make note of needed if my problem is not resolved by her.
I normally do not take the time to write reviews despite the fact that I heavily rely on them when I make decisions regarding most of my purchases. But this is one time that I cannot NOT write a review. About 2 weeks ago, I contacted TMS to inquire about continuing my forbearance due to COVID related financial difficulties. Ms. Lizza is the first representative I’ve spoken to at the money source and anyway else for that matter that really makes you feel good makes sure you understand. She does not sell you she cares for your best at heart she returns calls doesn’t rush you off the phone answers any and all questions and guides you through all of what you need I have to say again she is the best I have ever dealt with and I will recommend everyone to the money source. I haven't worked directly with anyone else at TMS, but Kristi Schleicher has been wonderfully helpful and prompt. I emailed her with some concerns on a Saturday afternoon several weeks ago, received an almost immediate response from her, and we were able to resolve everything quite swiftly the following Monday. She's been extremely prompt answering a couple questions I've raised since then too. Couldn't ask for better customer service than what I got with her.
This comment is specific to our experience with Kristi Schleicher. We connected with Kristi after a very long and frustrating process related to payment of taxes from our escrow account. Kristi was responsive, incredibly helpful, and really prioritized our concerns. She successfully navigated a number of barriers that came up with our local tax bureau over the course of resolving this issue. I have been working with Kristi for quite a while. I had really bad experience with others at tms . Others gave me wrong information and got the loan all messed up and got us behind more than once. Kristi has been an enormous help and she goes above and beyond to help. If others in the office were as good as her the company would have an excellent rating.
