Had the best experience for the first time in a long time today. Feeling very happy with the Money Source and their care for their customers during these hard times.
My whole experience with Money Source has been a roller-coaster. My call today with Kevin was absolutely fantastic! My overall 2yrs with Money Source has been a headache. The beginning was horrible because they seemed to be a company who doesn't care only to collect money. Theese past 3 weeks have lighten my thoughts because Ive had 2 great agents that Ive spoken to "Trisha and Kevin". They made mu feelings change. If you would have asked me my thoughts 4 months to a year ago, I'd say do not use them.... I was close to refin... read more

I was having trouble getting through to customer service and I had reached out to<br /> Kristi Schleicher through email. She responded in less than 10 minutes and my situation was cleared up within the half hour. She is an asset to the company and made my life so much easier today. If you need anything at all reach out to Kristi, she’s awesome!
My mortgage payment increased and I received notification of the change a few days prior to the due date. I had no understanding of the change and no correspondence was provided to me notifying me of the change. I was upset but after speaking with Kristi Schleicher she verified the reasons and she provided a time frame for me to pay the increase that was reasonable. I wish all the reps were just as knowledgeable as she.
