My experience with Diele was excellent. She listened to my concern regarding an erroneously reported late payment and resolved the issue with the various credit bureaus within one week. Diele is professional, patient and attentive. She is a true asset to your organization and I can't thank her enough for all of her assistance.

I emailed Kristi Schleicher at TMS regarding my mortgage account and received a very quick response. I then had the pleasure of conducting business with her on the phone. Kristi is very courteous, professional, knowledgeable. She communicates very effectively, answers questions and explains very clearly. Customer service could not be better.
