I have been working with Kristi for quite a while. I had really bad experience with others at tms . Others gave me wrong information and got the loan all messed up and got us behind more than once. Kristi has been an enormous help and she goes above and beyond to help. If others in the office were as good as her the company would have an excellent rating. My experience with Diele was excellent. She listened to my concern regarding an erroneously reported late payment and resolved the issue with the various credit bureaus within one week. Diele is professional, patient and attentive. She is a true asset to your organization and I can't thank her enough for all of her assistance.

I emailed Kristi Schleicher at TMS regarding my mortgage account and received a very quick response. I then had the pleasure of conducting business with her on the phone. Kristi is very courteous, professional, knowledgeable. She communicates very effectively, answers questions and explains very clearly. Customer service could not be better.
