My loan was bought out by TMS a couple days after I refinanced which is common. I had a couple questions I wanted answered like where do I make my first months payment to, how much exactly and if they'd received all my documents. I reached out to their VP of customer service kristi schleicher and she got back to me immediately and answered all my questions. So far I am very <br /> pleased with the level of customer service
We had a situation during the pandemic and Lisa and team were fantastic in their dealings with us. Perfect ! I would recommend her to anyone!
Had great experience working with Kristi. Read reviews at this site and initially had concerns. I proactively engaged with Kristi on expectations. I never called customer service so it would be unfair of me to provide any feedback on that front. The auto-payment setup went flawless and Kristi remained engaged during the transition. So far, I have positive experience while working with Kristi and the TMS. I am looking forward working with them.
We recently refinanced our mortgage and the loan was sold to The Money Source (TMS). The monthly mortgage payments were quickly and easily set up. TMS was established as the mortgagee on our homeowners insurance policy. Our annual insurance premium was due shortly and TMS was billed by our insurance company. Excellent customer service - Zachary assisted me today with a number of complex questions regarding a loan transfer and he is exceptional - personable, professional and knowledgeable.
I had issues with TMS from the very start however I was able to find Kristi’s email and she was able to sort everything out with my account quickly and efficiently. She called me in a timely manner and even emailed me back on a Saturday. Her service is superb. TMS needs more people like her!
