BLOWN AWAY - Zachary helped me out tremendously with a variety of questions regarding my new mortgage. I wanted to understand payment options and escrow amounts and he professionally, politely and completely did that in a way that I felt informed, respected and cared for. TREMENDOUS and SO VERY DIFFERENT than other companies' online customer service. Perfect in all aspects. We even got disconnected randomly and he called me back in seconds. Really top class!
We recently had a couple of issues on our loan and hadn't had any luck getting resolution through customer service. We finally contacted Kristi and she fixed it all. She is very professional and responsive and got things taken care of. She was responsive weekends, nights, days, phone, e-mail, didn't matter. She is the go to Gal at the Money Source for problems.
This has been a very trying year with a pandemic coupled with economic instability. Through it all, I have kept in touch with my customer representatives, each one has been supportive and helpful in navigating the plans available to me. Tara was especially kind and helpful, giving me the information I needed so I could make an informed decision regarding my loan. <br /> I highly recommend using The Money Source for your home purchases. This year has made me a customer for life. Customer service at its best!

Not only did Kristi answer my email on Easter Sunday, but once we connected on Monday she quickly provided me the information I needed to clear up my issue. I was also provided a timeline on future events to set my expectations on further servicing of my loan. TMS is lucky to have Kristi provide such great customer service for its customers. The customer service at T.M.S. is excellent. I talked with around a dozen different people with customer service. They were all helpful and friendly. Without their help things would have been much more difficult. <br /> In my opinion, T.M.S. is the best place to have a home mortgage.
