When we learned that Better.com was going to have our recently refinanced loan serviced by The Money Source, we looked it up. We'd never heard of it. We were so dismayed by the online reviews we read that we seriously considering cancelling the loan. I saw Kristi's name and email address in many of these reviews and reached out. Amazing customer service and this is why: I sent an email to Kristi Schleicher after normal business hours and she got back to me on that same evening! We talked the day after and she was fully prepared and answered all my questions about our loan transfer. I rarely see this high level of customer service and I am very thankful to Kristi!
Kristi Schleicher was very professional and responsive to helping me resolve my issue. She kept me proactively informed with updates and provided excellent customer service. I know I can trust Kristi to get the job done.
If you get this company as your servicer just email Kristi shleicer directly and she will fix the problem. My payment was 200 higher than what was in my paper work and she had it resolved in about a week. So, yeah this company is a mess but Kristi is good.
I really like The Money Source Interface. Their customer service is excellent through Kristi Schleicher. Every company needs someone like Kristi Schleicher. I have recently refinanced my loan with Better mortgage and the Money Source is their interim mortgage company. Servicer for better.com. better.com advertises a great web experience, but their servicer the money source not so much. Got notice that my loan was transferring two days prior to it happening. Over 3/4 of the month was over and I already made my payment. Actually freddie/fannie i.e. fed govt was faster telling me about the transfer. So when the loan went over the payment didn't. The service and personal attention we received from Ms. Kristi Schleicher was exceptional and beyond what we were expecting. We found her email address and name online when we didn't get result from customer service when we have issue on our mortgage payment. We emailed her and got a response from her on the same day. She took action same day and our morgage payment issues get resolved right away. Ms Kristi is awesome and have a great customerservice!!!!
