The service and personal attention we received from Ms. Kristi Schleicher was exceptional and beyond what we were expecting. We found her email address and name online when we didn't get result from customer service when we have issue on our mortgage payment. We emailed her and got a response from her on the same day. She took action same day and our morgage payment issues get resolved right away. Ms Kristi is awesome and have a great customerservice!!!!
Zachary provided excellent service as shown by his sympathy, attention, anticipatory skills, astute questions, & clear explanations of TMS processes. He is remarkably competent ... a model for others!
Carolina was wonderful, and kind. She was extremely helpful and I appreciate the kindness in difficult times. Everyone from the money source always goes above and beyond to help you!
TMS and I got off to a rocky start. It took me complaining on their FB page to get anywhere. Then Kristi Schleicher stepped in and it got much better. But, they sold our mortgage after a year, maybe I complained too much? Kristi is great, TMS not so much.
Great website, helpful and clear customer service via phone. Simple and straightforward. And I appreciate the human language text throughout the site - no robotic finance-speak here.
I had a very friendly encounter with Zachary today, I called to schedule recuring payments for my new mortgage and Zachary informed me that he would love to assist me with that, however my loan would be serviced in the near future by someone else. I appreciated the kind heads up so that I did not spend too much time getting invested around payments for this loan. They have been excellent. I hear horror stories about mortgages being sold and I have been so fortunate to have had them. I’ve never had a problem with my loan or escrow account.

TMS loan services has been a great experience for our family and their service is top notch. Due to CoVid and some recent financial hardship, I spoke with their representative Diele and she helped provide us hassle-free assistance and options to help resolve our issue. Thank you again Diele!!
