In a twist of irony, I have had better luck and have been able to get much more done while COVID has been happening than I was before the pandemic. Everyone I've spoken to since last year has been polite, understanding, and has worked with me to get my business handled. Prior to the pandemic, it was hard to even get a callback unless I missed a payment and the company called me. TMS has been great especially with last year. EVERY person that I have spoke to has been extremely knowledgeable, very patient and thorough. I would recommend TMS to anyone!

During difficult financial times, i was treated with respect, kindness and compassion by every single associate i spoke to. When i was terrified i would end up homeless, they reassured me, and worked with me until i was able to get caught up. I absolutely recommend this lender!

I was having problems reaching customer service on the phone, and left several messages. Luckily I received a phone call back from Kristi Schleicher, in the customers service department. She was very helpful, and went above & beyond to take care of my issues.

Folks, you know something? Kristi Schleicher is real. I just spoke with her when she set a world record for the fastest-return-call-from-customer service ever! As usual, my account is transferred from TMS to Mr.C. Mr.C says they do not have my account yet. I emailed Kristi about this as my monthly payment is due in a week. While TMS customer service team took 2 days to return my call last week, Kristi called in 2 minutes with all the details. Wow! Every company should have people like her. I recently refinanced my mortgage and TMS became the loan servicer. I noticed that my taxes were not being paid and were past due. I tried reaching the support center via 800# which was not working at time. By performing a Google search I found the name and information of Kristi Schleicher, VP of Customer Experience and she was very active online helping many customers with loan related issues. My experience with the Money Source was brief since they transferred my loan to CENLAR/Citi shortly after I refinanced with Better.com.<br /><br /> When my loan was transferred CENLAR failed to recognize over $9,000 in payments that I had made-via the TMS payment site, and I was very concerned. When I had a question about my 1098 form I reached out Kristi Schleicher at the money source via email. She called me the same day and had all the answers to my questions. She is very helpful and I am glad she is a resource for the money source customers.
