My experience with the Money Source was brief since they transferred my loan to CENLAR/Citi shortly after I refinanced with Better.com.<br /><br /> When my loan was transferred CENLAR failed to recognize over $9,000 in payments that I had made-via the TMS payment site, and I was very concerned. When I had a question about my 1098 form I reached out Kristi Schleicher at the money source via email. She called me the same day and had all the answers to my questions. She is very helpful and I am glad she is a resource for the money source customers.
It seems that people only review mortgage servicers when they have a bad experience. My experience with the Money Source was brief since they transferred my loan to Mr. Cooper shortly after I refinanced with Better.com. I will say that the website is very user-friendly and I didn’t see any red flags had they remained my loan servicer. I would like to mention that Kristi Schleicher is awesome. Had some questions regarding getting started with our home loan following a refinance. Kristi promptly returned my email within minutes and called me first thing in the morning. She answered all my questions and eased any confusion I had about the process. Excellent service.
Had some questions and concerns after reading some reviews. However, I emailed Kristi Schleicher and she responded promptly and was available to speak and answer my questions. She provides great customer support!
If Kristi could only be replicated. I had questions regarding tax payment (previous bad experience with other lenders) Kristi was prompt and reassured me of the process TMS follows. I am confident if I have any concerns or issues, Kristi Schleicher will be there to help.
After losing my job in June due to COVID, these people saved us from losing our home. They helped us by putting us on a forbearance for 3 months and afterward helped us to where we could pay them back in a way that was feasible for us. They could have easily not helped us and we would have lost our home. They even called us every month to ask if we were doing ok. Absolutely amazing people!!
I had some questions with my taxes being paid, and my account being set up, and I have to say TMS was very responsive to my issues. I really appreciate the attention and service from Kristi Schleicher as she personally followed up to make sure I was taken care of.
