2 stars for TMS (options for self management on their website are very limited, you are required to call a representative to set up online payments for example) but giving five stars for Ms. Kristi Schleicher for her professional, prompt customer service! Give her a raise, TMS! She responds in detail and follows up with updates without prompting. She handled an update to our property address (requiring TMS to provide a copy of signing details separately, which took a few weeks) and updating our payment plan (to remove detail... read more

My loan was recently transferred from TMS to Mr. Cooper (along with those of many others it seems) and my last payment to TMS remained in "suspense" and not yet credited to my transferred loan. Mr. Cooper told me they had yet to receive the payment. I finally emailed Ms. Schleicher at TMS to explain the issue and she responded within hours, providing the wire number and date that TMS had already sent payment to Mr. Cooper. Had an issue where my loan was recently transferred to another servicer, but my drafted payment was processed and not transferred over. I reached out to Ms. Kristi and she was able to explain to me very clearly what happened and how it will be resolved. Thank you very much for the quick action on addressing my concerns.

Just joined TMS, i had some issues with my payments being put in properly, The rep. Kristi took care of it quickly and was great to deal with :)

My first payment after refinance was not applied to my account and I was getting messages stating my payment was past due. I emailed Kristi and she called me within a couple of hours and explained to me what was going on.

It's true the wait on the phone is long, but then I emailed Kristi Schleicher and got a response within a couple of hours, offering to call me. I shared my preferred time and Kristi called then, and in less than 4 minutes all my questions were answered.

I am a new customer to The Money Source for mortgage services. Seeing some of the reviews online made me somewhat wary on what I am getting into. I am new to TMS (mortgage) and did receive a notice that my insurance was expired. I happened to find Kristi (VP of Customer Experience) Kristi.Schleicher@themoneysource.com 866.867.0330 Ex.0165 and I reached out. In less than 24hrs she had it all resolved! Yes I needed to get some info from the Insurance co and I forwarded it all over to her. She cares about her clients and is committed to their customer experience. I must have lucked out - Kristi was able to get my issue resolved in under a day. I was having trouble setting up my automated payments on the portal and then bizarrely got caught in a phone loop when I reached out to support. I just emailed Kristi directly and a she called me up to figure it out. If I come across any other issues (hopefully smooth sailing from here on out) I know who to go to for help!
