I had an issue with my Condominium Unit Owners Coverage and I reached out to Kristi Schleicher from TMS. She was extremely responsive and kept me updated on the progress of my case. This is the second time I've reached out to her and both times the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend talking to Kristi if you run into any issues or have any questions. She's very helpful.

The account setup was easy. Kristi Schleicher was very proactive in reaching to me and assuring me the steps. Money transfer was super easy and principal payment happened in 1 day.

I had a great experience with TMS and will be glad to deal with them again in the future. They stayed on top of my loan and made sure I was notified at every step of my loan. At first I was shocked at the review but we all know how it works on the internet. My advice is regardless of which mortgage company you choose, do your diligence, call, contact and make sure your payment is setup, when it is time to move to another company do the same.

I refinanced my home with The Money Source in January of 2019. They erroneously paid my November 2019 property tax payment. It was very challenging for them to fix and very stressful for me; it took 2 months and a lot of phone calls from me. I got in touch with Kristi Schleicher at TMS, and she helped me so much. She personally followed up with me, and was a voice of calm and understanding. It was an ordeal, but it got resolved thanks to her diligence and professionalism. Thank you Kristi!

Simple and nice to watch and keep track of your credit score. Would recommend for someone who wants a simple way to keep track of their credit score. Plus it tells you why and how your credit score can change.

After reading all the bad reviews, I feel like I am dealing with an entirely different company. Our mortgage was sold to TMS a little over a year ago and they have been easy to work with so far. We've had no issues getting some one on the phone, no issues making our monthly payment online with or without autopay, and our taxes were paid with no issues. The only complaint I have is I can't make partial payments online throughout the month, but that's not a huge deal.
