After reading all the bad reviews, I feel like I am dealing with an entirely different company. Our mortgage was sold to TMS a little over a year ago and they have been easy to work with so far. We've had no issues getting some one on the phone, no issues making our monthly payment online with or without autopay, and our taxes were paid with no issues. The only complaint I have is I can't make partial payments online throughout the month, but that's not a huge deal.

They transferred my account to another one, so now it is reflecting both accounts on my credit report. I never received any notice about it.
Terrible experience with this company. I have three mortgage companies, but this is the worst. I'm still taking time to detail my experience, but for now, after so many years with them, the website just sucks... phone calls are even worse. You will stay on the phone for hours and they'll hang up. The mortgage keeps increasing significantly every year for various reasons.
Good program, able to understand my credit report. There's a possibility I can save a little money if I get better help from them. I will recommend friends and family to join Wallet Hub Company.
Their webstie sucks. t took forever for them to get my bank account entered and allowable for online payments. Then, after a couple of months, they lost or deleted my profile so I couldn't log in and pay my mortgage. Here I am having to set up my profile again, just to make a payment, which they will probably say is late since they are unreachable. The phone system is only open until 5pm, so I can't call it in. Of course, I had no choice in this servicer. my loan was transferred to them.

Can not sign on to my account and cannot get any of my account info and I have asked over and over would not recommend this company to anyone ever. Would not recommend to my worst enemy, this company is to much of a headache.

Very hard to communicate. I am a former customer. My account no longer valid and no way found to email the company for my 1098. I am very frustrated that somehow I had signed up for it to be delivered electronically, but failed to retrieve it before they closed my account.

Loan Transfer - Lost information, unable to find loan to process payment - customer service is very limited. 20 minutes on the phone and they were unable to find loan details, unable to process a payment. Very concerning that my credit could be effected due to there lack of ability to manage a loan.
