Garbage. This company had refused to explain A charge of $450 for "fees". It has been a year, and I had to get a lawyer and a court action to get a response. In return, even after acknowledging the fee was in error, today I got another "fee" for $550. Totally disgusted. I advise any and all people employed by the United States armed forces to avoid them like the plague.

Mortgage company which looks friendly on their website. As a customer you get trapped in the system and no one can genuinely help you.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Incompetent customer service. My loan has been on auto pay from day one, yet it seems every 3 months someone input the wrong account # and I get notifications that my payment was denied. My bank verified all the correct info as well as myself, 3 months later here we go again, to the point I had to hire an attorney after my credit got dinged for late payment. TMS refused to accept accountability that the mistake is on their end, not mine.

This company sucks and are the biggest bunch of rip off artists Have ever seen!!!<br /> To many times they ignored directions from me, my wife anD the U.SAir Force!! regarding payments and due dates. They have charged me with well over 4 thousand in fees!! and it was all their Fault!!!<br /> Try to get in contact with upper management is impossible!!! We refinanced our loan with a local mortgage company who after a few months sold our loan to The Money Source. When we refinanced, our loan officer asked us when we wanted our payment due date. We have used several mortgage companies over the years, always choosing from the 1st to the 15th. Thus giving us leeway to make payments according to our pay periods. If for any reason you end up here… refinanced somewhere else. Since day one customer service is a nightmare, they hold my insurance money and I need to fix my house out of my pocket. And now I need to paid my house for a third party because they refused to take my mortgage payment. Believe me when I said, they are fraud, stay away from this company.

They were late in sending my hazard insurance to the insurance company. It was due 8/06, TMS did not process it until the 8th. Then it was delayed to the point where I received a letter from the insurance company saying it was past due. In trying to get a representative to see if I needed to send the check myself all I got was their robot who said to go to a completely different website that had nothing to do with payments. They also raised my monthly escrow payment, but it not clear why it is now short.

They just sold off my loan because they don’t make enough money off me. I am NOT a 100% satisfied customer. I have always overpaid my loan, never late. I am apparently NOT the type of customer they want.
