I had four conversations with TMS to solve a problem I created. My call with Arzse Greyhound was a disaster. <br /><br /> I give Arzse1 star. For the others, I'm in the 4 range.<br /><br /> On my call with Arzse Greyhound, she talked a mile a minute, and I couldn't get a word in edgewise even though I was trying to interrupt her. I was surprised at the high ratings on their app. Get here and plenty of one star reviews. That right there tells you how shady they are. Willing to hide anything. Practically impossible to get someone on the phone even though they tell you to call. Literally spent 30 minutes getting the run around from automated system. Only to finally get someone who said no one from that department is in. They make promises they can't keep. They'll try to illegally sell your house. It's ridiculous. My issue is with the self imposed TMS home insurance. I'm 70 years old and forget to do things. I forgot to renew my home insurance so TMS jumps to the opportunity to take the little money I have and placed their insurance which is twice as expensive and does not cover me, only the bank.<br /> If TMS was here to help its clients, it would place regular insurance that covers more and cost about half. <br /> I used to pay 1,300 dollars a month. Now is 1,800 dollars a month. Shame on you, TMS.
We had similar issues as others have mentioned involving an escrow adjustment which resulted in poor credit reporting. A payment was made early which was placed in a a holding account by TMS instead of being attributed to a payment. TMS have been disingenuous and unreasonable on the phone a number of times. I am still working on speaking to someone.
WORST COMPANY EVER! Unfortunately I had to even give one star to write the review. My payments went up $500 because of a shortfall in my escrow. When I looked deeper into the situation the shortfall in my escrow was only $1000. $1000 over 12 months isn’t $500 more a month. I wish I could give them a 0 rating. I'm on auto pay and my payment has been going through for years with no problem, all of a sudden, I'm told my bank can't find my account #. I confirmed via my bank of their mistake, yet my credit was affected and they have not taken responsibility for it. Managers are horrible claiming their back office couldn't find any errors on their end even though I've provided the wrong account # they submitted after telling me the correct account #. Can't wait to get away from them.
Worst Company Mortgage ever, This company messed up on my new recent Escrow account no email notice was given, so i had to pay 8,000 THOUSAND TOWARDS MY ESCORW TO LOWER MY PAYMENT DOWN FROM 3,300 TO 2,100. i CALLED SEVERAL MANAGER / SUPPERVISOR TO SEE WHAT WENT WRONG AND MAKE SURE THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN EVER AGAIN OR TO ANYONE. LIKE I SAID NO WARNING OR ANYTHING WAS SENT. I WAS STRESS THAT WHOLE MONTH.
By far one of the worst experiences ive ever had! Had some hardship times so went on the forbearance plan. Then was able to pay that all in full and ever since i paid that in full i have had nothing but troubles and nobody will answer any of my questions and my mortgage keeps changing (has went up 3 times in the past 3 months)
Never able to answer any questions I have to be transferred and put on hold for several minutes. Simple questions not answered. Leads to frustration.
