Mortgage transferred mid June 2021. First statement July 28, 2021. No communication in between. The worst company to deal with. I have owned credit for 29 years and have not had a late payment since college (thankfully). The Money Source became the new servicer of my mortgage unfortunately and sent the first statement almost an entire month late to me. My loan was sold to this company and there is no way to track my information and the servicer has no way to accept payments online. I also cannot see my mortgage information on the website. Not a great way to manage new accounts.
Our mortgage was just sold to this company. I had to make a phone call to set it up, they did not contact me. When I did get someone they said I would have to wait to do so. The date it was supposed to be set up passed and I had to initiate the whole thing again. <br /> I also do my financial tracking with Quicken. TMS, apparently a happy company, has created more work for me again. Not a good way to start off a financial relationship.
Recently refinanced my mortgage. Had a good amount in escrow because they wouldn't pay the insurance bill. Received the check on the 31st and deposited into my bank account. The check was returned. TMS said the check was cashed the same day it was printed. I don't know how that is possible to cash a check before we even received the check. They are not helpful in resolving the issue and told us to contact our bank and report it as fraud. I will never do business with TMS again! The Money Source gave me a late mortgage for last January. No late fee charge.It was for a payment in May of 2020.Now they are taking 10 days or two months to correct it.I was on a forbearance and they admit that I was on it.It has been a week.They called me yesterday to tell me it had been corrected NOT.Now they say it has not and will not be corrected for 10 days or as long as two months. This is not their first mistake.

Did a refi on my loan and was told numerous times by multiple reps that there were no fees, Sign on to my account to make payment and surprise what do I see $1,800 in admin fees. Please be careful when dealing with this company.
