I can't say enough good things about Christine. We had a problem with a shade we bought last year. Christine arranged for us to bring it in so she could send it out for repair. She even walked me through how to take the shade down. Once it was repair and returned to us, we still had an issue. Christine arranged to have the shade replaced and installed. We could not be happier with the customer service that she provided.

I had laminate floors installed in my main level and then carpet in my whole upstairs. I had a very good experience with Vertical Connection. I had a lot of help in the office but no pressure to order. Once I put through the order it was really quick to get someone out to measure and then it was also really quick to get them to my house for install once the materials were in (within the next week).
