Five stars just doesn’t seem like enough! Your crew did a wonderful job installing about 2,000 sq feet of variable plank luxury vinyl in our 40 year old home! They even redid our stairs. The family team was on time, neat and polite. We could not have asked for better installers. There is no more wall to wall in my house now. This will be much easier to clean and cause fewer allergy symptoms for us. Thank you to Tom and the installer team. My son recommended you and we are so glad he did! Linda and Ralph M.

My floor looks great! Everyone was very friendly and communicative throughout the process. After the materials arrived, installation took one day and there was no mess leftover. I’ll be returning next time I need new flooring!

The floors came out great, we thought they would definitely make an improvement, but we find ourselves saying “Wow, these floors are super nice!” Every day! Definitely recommend vertical connection for your floors!

I had such a good experience the first time around, I came back to Vertical Connection when it was time to update the downstairs carpet. But reviews aren’t that valuable when things go well. There was a bit of a hiccup on install day and they handled it with no problem. Totally satisfied!

Ordered blinds from Vertical Connection in early August . The staff were professional and helpful helping me pick out the correct blind I was looking for. They came and measured for my blinds in a couple of days from being in the store. I was informed the blinds could take up to 6-8 weeks to be delivered. What an amazing experience dealing with Anna Brandt from Vertical Connection! She was so thoughtful and kind from beginning to end assisting me with my broken shade. She was able to deal directly with Hunter Douglas to complete the repair quickly. Very happy Vertical Connection customer for life!!!
