From start to finish everything flowed smoothly. The sales process was very low pressure but incredibly informative. We had a slight hiccup durring our installation but the concern was rectified immediately. Vikki was wonderful and assisted us during our installation process. Every question we had was answered clearly and concisely.

The Vertical Connection met and exceeded my expectations. Tom Harryman followed through on everything that was presented in his sales pitch. The install crew was super! Any time I found an area that needed attention they would follow up immediately and correct it. The full condo floor (1500 Sq ft) was done at the price quoted. There was even a credit after final measurements. We absolutely love the new floors. We are getting great reviews.
