They are very customer service oriented! Always on time, great products and the pricing works. I've used them for years for various projects. This week was the new carpet on three of my building's Condo floors. Perfect, creative and beautiful! Next week they will be back doing our back garage hallways with vinyl..

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience with Vertical Connection to put new floors into our new home. Our salesman Michael and the operations manager Vikki were both incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the process and we really felt like they had our best interests in mind. The installation also went well in our relatively complex row home space. We’d recommend them to anyone.

Amazing job!!! We had Adam come to our home just this past Tuesday for a consultation, then we went to their store to check out the vinyl plank options in person. He was very helpful, so we were able to choose our flooring that very same visit. We also wanted to have this project completed this week before our wedding, and let me tell you that Vertical Connection Carpet One came through for us! I received a call the same day from Vicky, and she was very accommodating of our request; we were able to schedule our appointment for today (Friday). The contractors were punctual and arrived at 8:30AM and got the job done in under 3 hours (this included moving our furniture, removing our old carpet, and putting everything back in its place). We are so happy with the quick and excellent work they did that I am writing this review as I sit in our living room, enjoying our new beautiful flooring 😍😊 Thank you!! We 100% recommend these guys 💯👌🏻

Custom window treatments are beautiful and perfect pitch for the home office. Classic pin-dot carpet is pet-friendly, low pile and matte, sets off our sunken den well. The best thing, products aside, is working with Stephanie Bunting. She is a treasured resource for my home office and our new home in general! Will do business again! Already working up estimates for custom blinds and drapes.

I have had nothing but excellent customer service by everyone at Vertical Connection. Stephanie has been indespensible in helping me select and install my window coverings and flooring. Nothing has ever gone wrong! Even after comparing their prices to "budget" stores, I have never felt I overpaid. I have remained a loyal customer for years and will never go anywhere else!

Vertical Connection Carpet One is a first class operation from start to finish. We could not be happier with how our kitchen and bathroom floor/tile replacement turned out! Mike (sales) spent much time with us to help us select a suitable tile color and style. We felt like he genuinely cared about our project and went "above and beyond"--no detail was overlooked! And I can't say enough about Jose and his crew (Milton, Byron, Jose) for quality installation. Jose addressed every question we had, told us what to expect, and came by everyday to supervise and check on progress.He also went the extra mile. Plus--clean-up was amazing--when they left, the house was spic and span! Cleaner than when they started! This company is very responsive, conscientious, trustworthy, and does top quality work. I would definitely use them again!

We have had some issues with our Hunter Douglas remote-controlled blinds. Vertical Connection has been with us all the way in trying to get the issue resolved - even past the warrantee time period. We appreciate their interest in getting us to delighted.

We have used the Vertical Connection for over 20 years. Their professionalism and the work they do is always amazing. We very recently tiled a bathroom, carpeted our steps and hallway and thought we’d be putting a wood floor in our bedroom and unfortunately the floor in one area had settled too much for flooring to be used. With 2 phone calls, the men doing the work had arranged for carpet that matched the carpet in the all to be picked up and everything was still Installed the same day. We were able to return the wood flooring thanks to a call from the owner of the Vertical Connection. They are worth every penny!!

I can highly recommend Vertical Connection! We used them a few years ago for a dining room area rug and just recently used them for a new living room area rug. My sales person, Steve, was beyond patient with me as I think I looked at every sample in the store! You will not be disappointed!
