We had a wonderful experience once again with The Vertical Connection. They installed two carpets in two rooms - our family room and our den. Both installations were done by experts installers who had to move some very heavy furniture with no damage to our newly refinished wood floors. This is not our first time working with The Vertical Connection and will not be our last. Thank you for the beautiful carpet which enhances our home. Very pleased customers.

Vertical Connection Carpet One was Professional from the first meeting with Sales right through the installation. They did our entire upstairs with new carpet and our bathroom with LVT and we couldn't be happier with all of it. The family install team was on time, efficient, and really knowledgeable.
