We had a wonderful experience with Vertical Connection when they installed custom-fit shutters in our condo. They were responsive, available, answered our million questions, helped us choose what we wanted, and did high-quality work. They followed up afterwards to be sure we were happy, which we are. And the shutters are gorgeous! The whole experience was very positive.

I love it! Our new carpet looks so nice. We were going to do Luxury Vinyl or Laminate flooring, but we decided on carpet and I'm so glad we did! I kept on saying Wow! My sister laid on it and said this is nice! We are very pleased! The techs did an exceptional job from start to finish! We're friendly and professional! Thank you again! 👍👍👍 We will refer your company to our family and friends as well as using you guys for future projects!

The Vertical Connection flooring company is too tier. Tom the salesman was great and knowledgeable. He was patient while I changed my mind several times about the color I wanted and if I wanted new baseboards or not. Larry was great with the follow up and offered to come drop off a little bit of free cleaning supplies and inspect everything that was completed. The two gentlemen that did all the work were fast and efficient and the work is very clean and well done. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and w... read more

We recently used the Vertical Connection for custom bound rugs and stair runners in our new house. We were on a tight schedule to get the rugs made and installed before the move-in. Josh and Nick were extremely helpful in designing and helping us pick out carpet. The custom rugs and runners turned out beautiful and the entire job was done in time! I would highly recommend them.

We have used the Vertical Connection to do all over floors and window treatments over the past 20 years. Their quality is superb and priced fairly. Their installation crew headed by Domingo is terrific - helping to move furniture with care, consulting us on any issue, cleaning up after the job, and leaving behind a perfect installation. We’ve worked with Stephanie, the sales consultant, on every job and she has excellent help in choosing the right materials. I would never hesitate to recommend them.
