The whole process of selecting and installing was seamless. The salesman was very professional and knowledgeable, and the guys who installed the carpeting did a great job. They moved and re-placed my furniture perfectly. I highly recommend The Vertical Connection!
We had a phenomenal experience with Vertical Connection. Our Rep Adam was fantastic and very patient with us and helped us choice the perfect carpet for our space! We had our A/C fail during install but the team did as much as they could the first day and then were able to promptly finish up as soon as we had our AC back up and running. I called Vertical Connection and made an appointment with Nick. He came out to the house to take measurements and give me an estimate. Since he had some samples in the car I took a look at them and liked one of them very much. He left it with me and I decided to go with it. Couldn’t have been easier. Excellent experience on a recent whole-house install. Needed to refresh our carpets before putting our house on the market and the whole crew at Vertical Connection was great to work with.
