Just had my second Hunter blind repair experience with The Vertical Connection. The staff was very knowledgeable and responsive, and made the whole process very simple and straightforward.  The large custom blind we had repaired would have been expensive to replace, and it now works like it is factory new. My go to place for window treatments and service.

We relocated to Maryland in 1988. The interior decorator for the builder chose light gray carpet, which was aesthetically pleasing until a couch released flame retardant. If you need flooring, Vertical Connection is the ONLY place to go!!! Our salesperson, Nick was the very best salesperson we have ever worked with. He not only assisted us with choices but he made sure that everything went perfectly from the first time in Vertical Connection to the end of the job. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!

I don't typically leave reviews, but it would be criminal not sharing the exceptional experience I received working with Vertical Connections. I needed to replace the carpet and flooring on two floors. Larry Roberts, guru of flooring, adjusted his schedule to meet me at the property. He was extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and a straight shooter. He understood exactly what I needed, made his recommendations, and we proceeded forward.
