Vertical connection was incredibly communicative! We worked with Kellar, Vickie, the warehouse team and then Larry from start to finish. This company not only removed our old carpet, but they installed our beautiful new floor and then came back a second time and took care of a tiny detail we noticed after the fact! Excellent experience on a recent whole-house install. Needed to refresh our carpets before putting our house on the market and the whole crew at Vertical Connection was great to work with. John Hinzman (salesman at the store) understood just what we were looking for and after inspecting and measuring the house gave us an honest assessment of various options available. We were extremely satisfied with our experience with the Vertical Connection. Steve was very helpful when selecting the carpet within our price range. The installers were very courteous and completed the job in 3 hours. They put everything back where it belonged and the carpet looks great!
The Vertical Connection did a great job putting in LVP floors and baseboards in my basement, highly recommend!
