I don't typically leave reviews, but it would be criminal not sharing the exceptional experience I received working with Vertical Connections. I needed to replace the carpet and flooring on two floors. Larry Roberts, guru of flooring, adjusted his schedule to meet me at the property. He was extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and a straight shooter. He understood exactly what I needed, made his recommendations, and we proceeded forward. I started my flooring adventure with The Vertical Connection with my salesman Stephan. He was nice knowledgeable. By the time he came, he was my 4th quote. Of my 4 quotes, he was the highest, but not by a whole lot. What really got me was that the reviews I read on this company were exceptional. I had a fairly short timeframe for install and Vikki was very accommodating with my schedule. Oscar was the foreman/head installer that came to my house for install. Larry is the kind of sales person I want to work with in every project. Very responsive and professional. He, Sean and Vicki all did their due diligence and got my apartment re-carpeted so quickly. Larry is rarity in this world. One of the last few people I've met that are actually dedicated to helping a customer versus making a buck. Larry and his team helped my wife and I through a tough spot during a basement renovation, and truly put us first. We feel lucky to have worked with Larry (for the third project in a row) and Vertical Connection. I highly recommend!
