I can't say enough good things about Christine. We had a problem with a shade we bought last year. Christine arranged for us to bring it in so she could send it out for repair. She even walked me through how to take the shade down. Once it was repair and returned to us, we still had an issue. Christine arranged to have the shade replaced and installed. We could not be happier with the customer service that she provided.

I had laminate floors installed in my main level and then carpet in my whole upstairs. I had a very good experience with Vertical Connection. I had a lot of help in the office but no pressure to order. Once I put through the order it was really quick to get someone out to measure and then it was also really quick to get them to my house for install once the materials were in (within the next week). Vertical connections did a great job on our basement. Concrete base that they put carpet and laminate over. They worked with us to choose a carpet that was both nice and not too expensive. During the install, we found some spots that needed addressing but they came and did the work well and without issue or additional cost. I had a great experience with my carpet installation. Special thanks to Douge, who was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the process. After the installation, Larry even stopped by to check in and drop off a thoughtful gift, which was a really nice touch. Excellent service all around, highly recommend!

Vertical Connection helped us pick out the perfect carpet for our new office and the whole process was a breeze!
