I had a great experience with my carpet installation. Special thanks to Douge, who was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the process. After the installation, Larry even stopped by to check in and drop off a thoughtful gift, which was a really nice touch. Excellent service all around, highly recommend!

The carpet was installed with little fuss and they worked around my schedule. How ever, they did not reattach all the closet doors. My sister and I had to reattach some of them.

Vertical Connection was recommended by a designer friend. I was toying with the idea of installing LVP myself but I’m glad I came to my senses. Vertical Connection has flooring down to a science. These guys did a terrific job. Kellar came to us with van load of samples and after listening to our description of what we were after for our family room, he brought a handful in and showed them to us. We liked all the choices but one jumped out at us. Then we decided to do the stairs, too, so he brought in more and, again, had exactly what we wanted. Contacted Vertical Connection and within a couple days they got back to me they sent out Steve. He was great and answered all my questions. Even after the project was done he was available to answer more questions. The flooring took two days and it came out great I would highly recommend Vertical Connection to anyone looking for flooring.
