I started my flooring adventure with The Vertical Connection with my salesman Stephan. He was nice knowledgeable. By the time he came, he was my 4th quote. Of my 4 quotes, he was the highest, but not by a whole lot. What really got me was that the reviews I read on this company were exceptional. Larry is the kind of sales person I want to work with in every project. Very responsive and professional. He, Sean and Vicki all did their due diligence and got my apartment re-carpeted so quickly. Larry is rarity in this world. One of the last few people I've met that are actually dedicated to helping a customer versus making a buck. Larry and his team helped my wife and I through a tough spot during a basement renovation, and truly put us first. Stephanie Bunting was simply fantastic to work with. We did a big renovation project on our home and she helped us choose just the right flooring for the look. Later, when the project was complete, she helped us get blinds.
