We recently had Vertical Connection re-carpet our floating staircase,, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. As repeat customers, we’ve always appreciated their professionalism and customer service. The staircase looks fantastic. Ray stopped by and took the measurements for our kitchen floor and a few days after Vikki reached out as our point of contact for the job. The Vertical Connection is by far the best flooring company I’ve ever had the pleasure of using. I’ve had carpet and floors done in previous homes but none have shown the quality or care the way The Vertical Connection has. Over the past year, we've had Hunter Douglas blinds installed on all 17 of our windows. The blinds came in earlier than expected, were professionally installed, and work and look great! Everything involving the VC carpet install was great. The sales person (Nick?) showed up with samples and pricing and suggestions. I was pleased with the carpet choice and the price. The installers came within the specified time and did a great job while being polite and respectful of the property. All in all it was a job well done!

We used Vertical Connections for our carpeting services when we first moved into our home. They did a very professional job and when we noticed some loose carpeting they came out and fixed it for us at no extra charge. It only seemed natural for us to use the same company when we were ready to get our floors redone. They did such a neat job and helped fix areas we needed extra touch ups.
